Earn Your Turkey 2026.
Overview
About the race.
Earn Your Turkey is Orem's Thanksgiving morning run and walk, sponsored by Runner's Corner and the Orem Fitness Center since 1982. Choose the timed 4 mile run, the 2 mile fun run or walk, or the kids races on the Mountain View track. Frozen turkeys wait along the course, and anyone who carries one to the finish takes it home for dinner. Awards go to the top 5 in each age group, plus pies, socks for the top 150 finishers, ALTRA shoe giveaways and raffles, and a portion of registrations goes to charity. Races start at 8:00 AM at the Orem Family Fitness Center.
