Race-Day Support (active customers)
Race directors and ops leads running a live event today have a faster lane during their event window. Use the "EVENT-DAY" subject prefix when emailing support@podiumbase.io — your message routes to the founder-on-call and gets a 4-hour response window during race-day hours. For race-blocking issues (no photos uploading from anyone, checkout completely broken, mass complaints), the active-customer kit includes a direct mobile number — please use the kit's copy of that number rather than rerouting through email.
