Suggested floor for a typical 10K is ~$345 / pro. Pros earn the floor or more from photo sales — and you only pay the gap, and only if they showed up and delivered.

Pros earn from photo sales only. No cost to you — but no guaranteed photographer turnout. Best for high-traffic events where sales volume is reliable.

Either way, PodiumBase takes 20% of athlete photo sales — the photographer keeps 80%. You're never billed for the platform itself.

Before you add an event.

What if no pro accepts my bountyzone?
If no one opts in by your deadline, you're not charged — the hold never captures. We'll flag thin markets up front and prioritize recruiting there, and you can raise the floor to attract more interest.
What if the photos are bad?
Pros are verified on portfolio before they can cover paid events, and athletes can flag any photo that isn't them or isn't up to standard through a clean dispute flow.
Can I work with photographers I already know?
Yes. Invite them by email and they'll be assigned to your event directly — the marketplace is additive, not a replacement.
Do you support events outside the US?
V1 is US-only. EU support is planned for Phase 2A as we clear data-residency and payout requirements.
What about my brand and sponsors on the photos?
Built in. Add your event branding and sponsor logos; galleries and photos render sponsor-ready automatically.
