How do I add a sponsor?
From your organization admin, open Sponsors and onboard the brand with its name and contact email. That creates the sponsor in your pool but does not yet attach it to anything.
You can send the sponsor a portal link so they can see their own placement without an account on your side.
How does a sponsor actually buy something?
Build a package describing what they get, and they can buy it through sponsor checkout. The order then moves through a lifecycle you control:
- Submitted, when the sponsor commits.
- Approved by you, or rejected.
- Active, once it is running on your event.
- Fulfilled, when you have delivered what you sold.
Payout is released against the fulfilled order. You can also cancel an order before it is active.
Packages can be archived when you stop offering them, which keeps existing orders intact.
Why is my package not on the public marketplace?
The marketplace exists and renders, but listing on it is coordinated with us rather than being automatic. Building a package makes it purchasable; getting it in front of sponsors who are not already yours is the part worth a conversation. Ask in the chat when you have a package ready.
How do I get a sponsor onto a specific event?
Grant it. A sponsor in your pool is not on any race until you grant it to that event, and granting is what makes the brand selectable when tagging photos. If your tagging list is empty, a missing grant is almost always why.
Grants can be revoked, which removes the brand from that event without deleting the sponsor.
How do I tag sponsor logos in photos?
Open the event and go to the Tag sponsors tab. Photos come up in a paginated review grid in the order they were taken, and you tag or skip each one, picking the sponsor whose logo is in frame.
Only sponsors granted to that event appear as options. Tags add rather than overwrite, so a correction is simply another tag.
What do I send the sponsor afterwards?
