Sponsor orders and partner reports
What happens after a sponsor buys a package, and the report you send them afterwards.

What happens when a sponsor buys a package?
It becomes a sponsor order in your organization admin, separate from athlete registration money. The order records what they bought, for which event, and what they paid.
Adding a sponsor to an event and selling a sponsorship package are different steps. See adding a sponsor to your event for placing their logo; this article is about the commercial side.
What can I send a sponsor afterwards?
A per-order report, from the order itself. It is the artefact that makes a sponsorship renewable: it shows the sponsor what their money bought rather than asking them to take your word for it.
Send it while the race is fresh. A report that lands the week after the event is worth considerably more than one that arrives at renewal time.
Where does sponsor money show up?
In your sponsor orders, not in your registration financials. Registration and sponsorship settle separately and reconcile separately, which is deliberate: they are different products with different buyers.
Can I sell the same package on more than one event?
Yes. Packages are defined at organization level and sold per event, so a series sponsor can buy across your calendar and each event gets its own order and its own report.
What if a sponsor pulls out?
Cancel the order. Anything already placed on the event page stays until you remove it, so cancelling the order and clearing the placement are two separate actions, and both need doing.
