Seeking one race photographer for SickleWeen 5K & Fun Run: Moving for Smiles. United for Sickle Cell. on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at The Shops at RedBird, 3662 W Camp Wisdom Rd, Dallas, TX 75237. This is the inaugural Halloween run hosted by Project Smile, a sickle cell nonprofit initiative. This is an expression-of-interest posting, not a confirmed booking. Photographer coverage is NOT confirmed. The 5K starts at 7:00 a.m. Central time; the event runs through late morning with a fun run, costumes, a blood drive, dental screenings and a fall market. Arrival and coverage hours are to be agreed, not an all-day shift. Please include your running or event portfolio, Saturday morning availability, proposed arrangement and upload turnaround. No fixed fee, minimum payment or earnings guarantee has been committed. Photographer pay comes from photo sales on PodiumBase, at a share Project Smile sets for the event (or the race may choose to make photos free). Confirm terms with the organizer before race day. No guaranteed photo sales. Applying does not book you or authorize charges. Registration stays with the existing provider on Race Roster.
