Irvine/Orange County Turkey Trot 5K & 1 Mile 2026

From the race organizer

Seeking up to two race photographers for the Irvine/Orange County Turkey Trot 5K & 1 Mile on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, at Irvine Valley College, Irvine, California. This is an expression-of-interest posting, not a confirmed booking. The organizer wants to review available photographers and proposed rates before deciding whether to proceed. Photographer coverage is NOT confirmed. Please include your sports/running portfolio, Thanksgiving-morning availability, proposed rate and any travel costs, your relevant experience and your proposed upload turnaround. The published race schedule lists the mile at 7:30 a.m., 5K at 8:00 a.m. and children's races at 9:15 a.m., Pacific time; photographer arrival and coverage hours are to be agreed, not an all-day shift. Proposed coverage includes participant action, starts/finishes and event atmosphere. Final positions, deliverables, upload deadline, usage rights and compensation must be agreed with the organizer before acceptance. No fixed fee, minimum payment or earnings guarantee has been committed. Revenue-share-only or sponsor-funded arrangements were discussed as alternatives and may be proposed, but neither is an agreed offer; any percentage and terms require express agreement. Applicants should propose their preferred arrangement. No guaranteed photo sales. The organizer may interview applicants before committing. Applying does not book you, reserve a paid assignment, or authorize charges. Registration and timing stay with existing providers; race registration remains on RunSignup. Applications requested by November 20, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific, a recruitment deadline selected by PodiumBase, not an organizer-confirmed booking deadline.
