Medal Madness 5K & 10K takes place March 14, 2026, in Midlothian, VA, with races starting at 8:00 AM. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the start. The 5K and 10K both use an out-and-back course; the 5K covers it twice while the 10K covers it four times. The race has a 2-hour time limit.
