Middle School San Juan Basin League Meet 2026

The race.

The San Juan Basin League Middle School Track Meet takes place April 24, 2026, at Ridgway Secondary School in Ridgway, Colorado. The coaches meeting begins at 11 a.m., with events starting at 11:30 a.m. The meet includes sixth, seventh, and eighth grade athletes competing together in one division across track and field events. Registration closes at 10 p.m. on April 23, with entry fees of $200 per school or $15 per athlete. Schools may enter unlimited athletes but can score only three per event, with a limit of two relay teams per event. Field events including discus, shot put, and long jump allow each athlete three attempts with 90 minutes to complete all tries. Track races are finals with the top eight finishers placing. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and military, and free for students and children.
