Pirate 5K, 10K, 13.1M, & 26.2M at Colonial Heights, VA (17) 2026

The race.

On April 25, 2026, Pirate running events take place in Colonial Heights, VA with distances of 5K, 10K, half marathon (13.1 miles), and marathon (26.2 miles). The race starts at 8:00 AM with packet pickup available 30 minutes before the start and closing 10 minutes before the race begins. Runners must register in advance on RunSignup; no on-site registration is offered. Parking is available at Appomattox River Greenway Roslyn Landing with limited spaces. The 5K and 10K follow an out-and-back course, with the 5K completing it once and the 10K twice. The half marathon and marathon share a separate out-and-back course, with the half marathon completing four loops and the marathon eight loops. All events have a 6-hour course time limit.
