South Shore Half Marathon 2026

The race.

The South Shore Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at South Shore Pavilion in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Runners complete a 13.1-mile out-and-back course on a paved recreational path along Lake Michigan. Two start times are offered: 8:15 a.m. for participants expecting to finish in over three hours, and 9:00 a.m. for all other runners. Entry fees range from $30 to $60 depending on membership status and registration deadline, with early registration through January 31 at the lowest rates. Finishers receive ugly gloves and access to a post-race party at the pavilion. Age group awards are given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place across 14 categories, while overall winners are determined only among the 9:00 a.m. start group. Packet pickup is available Friday, April 3 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Performance Running Outfitters in Brookfield, or race morning from 7:45 to 8:45 a.m. at South Shore Pavilion.
