About the race

The race.

Walk in My Shoes 2026 brings the statewide Florida awareness trek to Saint Augustine on April 17th. The event begins at 9:30 AM registration and 10:30 AM walk start at Canopy Shores Park (804 Christina Drive). Participants can choose a 4-mile route ending at Betty Griffin Center or continue the full 8-mile walk to Francis Field. The walk supports Lauren's Kids foundation to prevent child sexual abuse and assist survivors. Complimentary Uber rides home are provided for walkers.
