Project Smile.

Project Smile is a Dallas initiative dedicated to addressing oral health disparities and improving access to dental care for adults living with sickle cell disease. Through advocacy, education, community partnerships and access to resources, Project Smile works to ensure oral health is recognized as an important part of comprehensive sickle cell care. Its focus areas are sickle cell education, awareness and support. Project Smile hosts the SickleWeen 5K & Fun Run in Dallas with co-hosts the Sickle Cell Community Consortium, The Potter's Smile and As One Foundation.
