SickleWeen 5K & Fun Run 2026.

SickleWeen 5K & Fun Run: Moving for Smiles. United for Sickle Cell. is the inaugural Halloween run hosted by Project Smile, a Dallas initiative improving oral health and access to dental care for adults living with sickle cell disease. Run. Walk. Smile. Every step supports a smile.

It takes place Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Central time at The Shops at RedBird, 3662 W Camp Wisdom Rd, Dallas, TX 75237. Choose the 5K or the Fun Run on site, or join the SickleWeen Virtual 5K from anywhere. It is a family-friendly Halloween celebration for seasoned runners, casual walkers and cosplay fans alike: costumes are welcome, come as you are.

The morning also includes free on-site dental screenings, a community blood drive, health and community resources, a fall market and music. Co-hosted by the Sickle Cell Community Consortium, The Potter's Smile (TPS) and As One Foundation, with event sponsor Chiesi Global Rare Diseases.

Registration stays on Race Roster. After the race, come back here to find your photos by bib number or selfie. Spectators, volunteers and runners can also share their photos to the gallery.
