The Movin' It! 5K Run/Walk for Parkinson's takes place November 1, 2026, at Genoa Park in Columbus, Ohio. This 5K event benefits Total HealthWorks programs serving people with Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and multiple sclerosis. Participants who register by October 13 receive a long-sleeve t-shirt; after that date, shirts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Race day registration is cashless and conducted online only—participants should bring a smartphone and credit card. Proceeds support Total HealthWorks facility expansion, equipment, and new classes, with additional tax-deductible donations accepted through The Columbus Foundation.
