The race.

The 11th Annual Shea's Chase 5K Run & Walk takes place on September 26, 2026, in Greensboro, NC, with the course beginning and ending at Revolution Mill. Organized by the Kellin Foundation, the event supports mental health services and raises awareness about suicide. The 5K welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, including individual participants and team entries. All registrations are entered into a drawing for an overnight stay at either the O. Henry or Proximity Hotels. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations received by September 4, 2026.
