The race.
The 13th Annual Howell Township/Farmingdale Memorial 5K Run & Race Walk takes place on August 19, 2026, in Farmingdale, New Jersey. The event offers a standard 5K run, a 5K race walk for participants 19 years old and under, a 1-mile run, and a 5K run specifically for those 19 years old and under. All participants receive a t-shirt. Proceeds benefit CONTACT of Ocean & Monmouth Counties, a 24/7 crisis intervention and suicide prevention hotline serving the region for five decades. The race honors individuals lost to suicide, with participants invited to dedicate their participation to loved ones.
