The 14th Annual NOW ~Lap The Lake~ 5K Walk & Run takes place Sunday, September 20, 2026, in Dayville, CT. Participants complete a 5K course on private roads around Alexander's Lake, with the start and finish at The Lake Tavern. The event supports NOW's free youth health and wellness programming in the community. Professional photography and live radio broadcast from WINY Radio are featured.
