15th Annual Milford 5K Trick or Trot Run/Walk 2026

The race.

The 15th Annual Milford Trick or Trot is a 5K run/walk held on October 31, 2026, in Milford, CT, with all proceeds benefiting The Beth-El Center. The race starts at 9:00 a.m. at Lisman Landing on Helwig Street, with a free kids Halloween Dash for ages 10 and under at 8:30 a.m. Registration costs $40.22 for adults (first 150 registrants) or $43.40 thereafter, and $27.50 for youth ages 18 and younger, with online registration required and no day-of registration available. Participants receive bibs with computer chips for timing and are eligible for awards in age groups 9 and under through 70 and above, plus overall male and female winners and costume awards. Early packet pickup is available Friday, October 30, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Beth-El Center, with additional pickup Saturday morning before the race; guaranteed shirt sizing closes October 11. The event includes refreshments and runs in all weather conditions unless stopped by local authorities.
