The race.
The 16th Annual Faithful Friends 5K & Mutt Mile takes place on September 27, 2026, at Bellevue State Park in Wilmington, Delaware. The event features a timed 5K cross-country course and a Mutt Mile option for a more leisurely experience. All 5K registrants receive a complimentary race shirt or Mutt Mile bandana. The race includes awards for both dogs and people, food trucks, vendors, and a doggy costume contest with prizes for the top three winners. Proceeds benefit Faithful Friends Animal Society.
