2025 Turkey Trot 2026

The race.

The 2025 Turkey Trot takes place November 21 at Fairview Park in Decatur, Illinois. Race options include a half-mile Tot Trot for ages 12 and under with T-shirt and participation prizes, plus 5K, 10K, and half-marathon distances. The half-marathon includes computerized results and three-deep age group awards; all half-marathon finishers receive a surprise gift. Check-in runs 7:30–8:15 a.m., with the Tot Trot at 8:30 a.m. and other races at 9 a.m. Packet pickup is November 21, 4–6:30 p.m. at the pavilion. Registration closes November 14 online; race-day signup is available at the pavilion. Entry is $35 (or $25 for Tot Trot), plus $5 more on race day.
