About the race
The race.
The 2026 Be Brave virtual race offers five distance options: 1 mile, 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon. Participants choose their distance and complete it anytime during 2026 on a course of their selection, timing themselves and reporting their finishing time to the organizer. Registration costs $25 and includes a medal and bib, with medals shipping beginning March 1, 2026, and thereafter within 2 to 5 days of signup. At least 15 percent of all registration fees are donated to charity; participants may contact the organizer for details on which specific charity benefits this race.
