About the race

The race.

The 2026 Crush Cancer Lobster Crawl takes place July 11 in Jonesboro, Maine at Municipal Landing on Evergreen Point Road. The event includes a 5K walk/run starting at 9:00 AM and a kids dash starting at 8:30 AM, both following out-and-back courses on dead-end roads. All participants receive a bib, medal, and cotton shirt (shirt included for registrations before June 13). The 5K features awards for overall winners and age group placements from 14 and younger through 90+; the kids dash is untimed with no awards. All race proceeds benefit area nonprofits supporting cancer patients and families. Packet pickup and race materials must be claimed by event conclusion on July 11.
