The 2026 Norway Triathlon is a USAT-sanctioned sprint triathlon held July 11 in Norway, Maine. The race features a 750-meter swim from Pennesseewassee Park beach, a 12.4-mile bike ride on Route 118 and Greenwood Road, and a 3.1-mile run through local roads returning to Pennesseewassee Park. Participants must be at least 18 years old; relay teams of 2 or 3 competitors are permitted. Race packet pickup occurs Friday, July 10 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Little Red Schoolhouse on Route 118, with additional pickup race morning from 6:30 AM at the park. The race starts at 8:00 AM; participants should arrive between 6:15 and 7:30 AM. All proceeds support the Western Foothills Land Trust, which protects over 8,000 acres and manages 34 miles of recreational trails in the Oxford Hills region.
