2026 Run 4 All 5K & 1 Mile

The race.

The 2026 Run 4 All takes place October 10 at Yaman Park in Cortland, NY, offering a 5K and 1 Mile run/walk. The 5K follows a two-loop course through neighboring areas around the park, while the 1 Mile also runs through surrounding neighborhoods. The race starts at 10:00 AM with check-in beginning at 9:00 AM to distribute bibs and hats. Participants receive a race t-shirt with registration completed by September 18, 2026. The event benefits Access To Independence and the Cortland YMCA and includes a resource fair. Parking is available at Yaman Park, and day-of registration in cash is accepted.
