2026 Run for The Cove & Memorial Walk

The race.

The 2026 Run for The Cove & Memorial Walk takes place October 18 in Madison, CT, featuring a 5K race and 2-mile memorial walk alongside a kids' fun run and family activities. Registration closes at noon on October 17 and reopens at 6:00 am on race day, with higher fees for day-of sign-ups. Participants receive a t-shirt with registration while supplies last. Memory Lane memorial signs honoring loved ones are available for a $30 fundraising minimum (deadline October 4) and will be displayed along the course. Proceeds benefit The Cove's programs supporting grieving children and families across Connecticut, including Camp Compassion, virtual programming, and summer offerings. Volunteers and fundraising teams are welcome.
