2026 SeaWorld's Howl-O-Sprint 5K Run & Walk

The race.

SeaWorld's Howl-O-Sprint 5K Run takes place on Friday, September 18, 2026, at SeaWorld Orlando in Florida. The 5K race covers 3.1 miles and begins at 8:00 p.m., with parking opening at 6:00 p.m. and packet pickup starting at 6:30 p.m. All finishers receive a custom medal and commemorative race t-shirt (unisex, adult sizes); participants must register by September 4th to guarantee shirt size. Awards go to the top 3 male and female finishers, with first place receiving a $100 gift card to the Howl-O-Scream Gift Shop, second place $75, and third place $50. The post-race celebration runs until 11:00 p.m. and includes food, beverages, and live entertainment, plus all runners receive a free Howl-O-Scream park ticket valid through November 1, 2026. Free race day parking is included. The event is capped at 2,000 participants.
