The race.
The 2026 Strawberry Fields 5K & 2K takes place on July 18 in Oxnard, CA, with two race distances available. Packet pickup runs from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. the morning of the event. The course combines multiple surfaces: 50% concrete, 35% dirt, 10% grass, and 5% track, with one small rolling hill of approximately 5 feet. All finishers receive medals, and t-shirts are provided while supplies last. Fresh strawberries are available for finishers as supplies permit. The race is capped at 300 runners.
