2026 Syrathon Race Series

The race.

The Syrathon Race Series is a collection of eight established road races held throughout 2026 in Syracuse, NY, organized by the Syracuse Parks Conservancy and Syracuse Parks Department. Participants can register for individual races or attempt the Syrathon Challenge by accumulating at least 26.2 miles across multiple races in the series. All registered participants receive a race shirt, and those who complete the challenge earn a Syrathon Medal. The eight races range from 4 to 10 miles and take place on various dates between March and October, with most races offering in-person and virtual options. Three bonus fun run events during summer allow participants to earn up to 3 additional miles each. Registration begins January 1, 2026, through individual race websites, with completed miles credited through finisher lists provided by each race.
