24th Randall's Run/Walk for the Gym 5K 2026

The race.

The 24th Randall's Run/Walk for the Gym 5K takes place September 5, 2026, in Springvale, Maine. The 5K race and walk start at 8:30 a.m. from Nasson Common near the Library, following a fast out-and-back course up Main Street to Heidi Street and returning to Nasson Community Center. Registration opens at 9 a.m. race day; advance entry is $25, increasing to $30 on race day. The first 100 entrants receive t-shirts. Awards go to the top two male and female overall finishers and to winners in five-year age groups through age 90. A free Fun Run for ages 9 and under starts in the parking lot before the main race. Discounted entry rates are available for runners over 65 and children ages 1–12.
