2nd Annual Chasing Dreams 5K & 10K Race Benefiting Running Down A Dream 2026

The race.

The 2nd Annual Chasing Dreams 5K & 10K takes place July 18, 2026, at Martin Luther King Park in San Antonio, Texas, benefiting Running Down a Dream. Participants can choose between a 3.1-mile 5K or 6.2-mile 10K distance. Water stations are located between miles 1.25–1.5 for both races and between miles 4.3–4.6 for the 10K only. The first 250 registrants receive a guaranteed race shirt and finisher medal. Packet pickup occurs Friday, July 17, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at The Newstand Coffee (1900 Broadway, Suite 106, San Antonio). Post-race activities include food trucks, vendor booths, and water slides at the park.
