The race.
The 31st El Grito 5K takes place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 9 a.m. in Denver, Colorado. The race starts and finishes at MSU Denver, located at 900 Auraria Parkway. The 5K run/walk includes a Kids Fun Run for children 10 and under.
