34th Annual Halloween 5K and Kids Fun Run 2026

The race.

The 34th Annual Halloween 5K takes place on October 18, 2026, in Brookfield, Connecticut. The USATF-certified chip-timed 5K begins and ends at Brookfield Municipal Center, 100 Pocono Road. Walkers, strollers, and leashed dogs are welcome. All participants receive short-sleeve t-shirts, and awards are given to top finishers in nine age groups (8 and under through 70+), with additional prizes for best costumes. A Kids Fun Run covers a 0.23-mile loop around the Town Hall Campus parking lot, with all participants receiving prizes. Early bird registration closes October 9 at 11:59 p.m.; standard online registration ends October 18 at 11:59 a.m.
