The race.
This event features a 5K run and 1-mile walk on September 12, 2026, at Main Beach Parking Lot in Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes, Delaware, with an 10:00 am start time. The 5K course is an out-and-back route on flat terrain. Registration costs $35–$40 for the 5K and $30–$35 for the 1-mile walk, with online and mail-in options available through September 11. Participants who register by September 7 receive a custom t-shirt.
