The race.
The 48th Annual Parkersburg Turkey Trot takes place on Thanksgiving morning in Parkersburg, WV. This 3-mile run or walk through City Park awards fresh turkeys and hoodies to the top male and female finishers, with additional prizes available through drawings for registered participants. Packet pickup and registration are available at the Wood County Rec Building on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (10 AM–6 PM) and Thanksgiving morning (7 AM–8:45 AM).
