The 4th Annual Pink Pumpkin 5K Run & Walk takes place on October 10, 2026, in Sayville, NY, at Off the Bay. The 5K starts at 8:30 AM. Registration proceeds benefit Mondays Cancer Care, which provides free beauty and wellness services to cancer patients and survivors. Finishers receive medals if they place in their category, and post-race refreshments include free beer. Raffles are also held after the race. The event runs rain or shine.
