The race.
The 52nd Annual Milan Melon Festival Road Race takes place September 7, 2026, in Milan, Ohio. Participants can enter a 5K, 1-mile run, or the 5K Cantaloupe Division for women weighing 160 pounds or more. Packet pickup occurs at Edison Elementary from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. on race day. The course is USATF-certified and chip-timed. The first 300 finishers receive a collectible race shirt, and custom awards go to the top three overall finishers and winners in each age group division.
