5K for Peace 2026

The race.

The 5K for Peace takes place on October 10, 2026, in Savannah, Georgia, featuring a 5K race and a one-mile family option. The full 5K starts at 9:00 AM from Daffin Park, with the family mile beginning at 9:20 AM from Daffin Park Lake. Registration includes a race bib, commemorative gift, pledge card, and digital finish photo, with short and long-sleeve t-shirts available for purchase. Proceeds benefit Rooted Ummah, a nonprofit providing meals, supplies, day center services, and resources for unhoused neighbors, refugees, immigrants, and displaced communities. A post-event gathering with music, food, vendors, and community organizations follows the race.
