About the race
The race.
The 7th Annual 5K for Pizza: Hoboken takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, along the Hoboken waterfront. The 5K course is flat and open to runners and walkers of all paces. Packet pickup runs from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with the race starting at 10:30 AM. Every participant receives two full-size pizza slices at the post-race festival; additional slices can be purchased during registration. Top 3 overall finishers in men's and women's categories receive prizes, and a separate Best Dressed award offers a gift card to a local pizzeria. Race t-shirts are available as an add-on purchase, and the event is USA Track & Field sanctioned with chip timing.
