About the race
The race.
The 7-Lakes Trail Run takes place on Saturday, August 15th, 2026, at Seven Lakes State Park in Holly, Michigan. Runners can choose between a 7-mile or 3.5-mile trail course that begins and ends at 7-Lakes Beach, featuring hardwood forests, lakeside views, and rolling terrain with natural obstacles. The 7-mile race starts at 8:30 AM and the 3.5-mile race at 8:35 AM. Registration includes chip timing with live results, a custom dri-fit participant shirt, custom finisher medal, age group and overall awards, free race photos, and post-race refreshments. Packet pickup occurs on race day from 6:30 AM to 8:20 AM at Seven Lakes State Park.
