The race.
The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K takes place in Canton, Georgia on September 5, 2026. The event welcomes runners, walkers, and ruckers of all ages and fitness levels. A rucking division is available, featuring participants who walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks as part of GORUCK partnership divisions. Registered GORUCK division participants receive an exclusive patch. The event honors 9/11 heroes and benefits veterans, active duty members, first responders, and families of the fallen.
