9th Annual ReDiscover YOUR Light 5K Run+Walk 2026

The race.

The 9th Annual ReDiscover YOUR Light 5K Run+Walk takes place November 8–14, 2026, with both virtual and in-person options. Virtual participants run or walk 3.1 miles between November 8–14 from any location. The in-person event is Saturday, November 14, 2026, at Miramar Regional Park, with registration opening at 6 AM and the race starting at 7 AM. All participants receive a race bib and t-shirt; the first 65 in-person finishers earn a commemorative medal. Registration deadline is October 13, 2026, to guarantee a race shirt. The event benefits The Starr Institute and supports awareness of child sexual abuse and exploitation.
