The race.
A Merry Christmas Run takes place on December 26, 2026, in New York City and offers 5K and 10K distances. The race features multiple start waves beginning at 7:30 a.m., with registration capped per wave on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants receive a technical running shirt (shipped before race day), finisher's medal, finisher's towel, and digital training pack; race bibs are distributed on race day. Timing is optional and can be tracked via personal apps or with coordinator assistance. A virtual run option is also available. All ages and paces welcome, with participants able to run or walk.
