The race.
A Mile to Remember takes place on September 11, 2026, in Laurens, SC. The one-mile race starts at Todd Avenue and Main Street and finishes at the Historic Courthouse Square in downtown Laurens. Packet pickup runs from 4:30 PM to 5:45 PM at Courthouse Plaza, with the race beginning at 6:00 PM. The course is net downhill. Shuttle transportation returns participants from the finish line to the start, with the last shuttle departing at 5:45 PM. Runners, walkers, and joggers of all levels are welcome.
