The race.

Ability 1st Utah's 23rd Annual Run, Walk & Roll takes place September 26, 2026, in Provo, UT, benefiting youth and community integration programs for people with disabilities. Participants can choose from eight options: 5K, 10K, 1K, 3.1-mile distances, plus age-specific divisions including a 5K Run/Walk for ages 12–17, 1K Victory Walk, 5K Run for ages 12–17, and 5K Walk Only for Golden Athletes 55 and over. The race starts and finishes at Ability 1st Utah's parking lot (1455 W 820 N, Provo) on a river trail course. Race packets and bibs are available for pickup Friday, September 25 from 2–7 p.m., or race morning beginning at 7:30 a.m. Early bird registration pricing ends September 10; online pre-registration closes September 24 at 6 p.m. The event features chip timing, DJ music, food, and prizes.
