ACPA Race Challenges offers two virtual racing options in July 2026 benefiting cleft and craniofacial awareness. The 60 Mile Challenge invites participants to walk or run 60 miles during July, with race t-shirt available to those signing up by July 15. The Cleft Courage CAREathon is a 700-mile virtual race starting July 1, 2026, and concluding by December 31, 2026, with six checkpoints at ACPA-approved medical centers from St. Louis, Missouri to Morgantown, West Virginia. Participants signing up by July 15 for the CAREathon receive a race t-shirt and can track progress on a live map showing their position along the route. Teams may combine individual miles to reach goals together. All proceeds fund ACPA programs and services for patients with cleft and craniofacial conditions, their families, and healthcare professionals.
