AIDSPIRIT USA Marathon 2026

The race.

AIDSPIRIT USA Marathon takes place September 6, 2026, in Harlowton, Montana. The marathon course descends 1,800 feet net on compacted gravel from the Lewis & Clark National Forest to the town finish. Pre-race shuttles depart at 5:15 AM for marathon participants, with gear drop and return shuttle service provided. Water and aid stations are positioned throughout the course, with gel supplements available at select miles. Top three overall finishers by gender receive awards at a noon ceremony. Marathon and half-marathon participants enter a random drawing for a roundtrip vacation flight to Rome, Paris, or Cancun, with drawing held immediately after awards; winners must be present and book travel within 90 days. Race proceeds benefit AIDSPIRIT USA, a nonprofit supporting orphaned and abandoned children in Uganda's Kayunga District.
