The Amber Room Run from the Sun 5K takes place on August 20, 2026, in Danbury, Connecticut. Participants can run or walk the 5K distance to benefit Ann's Place, a cancer support organization. The race proceeds include a post-race celebration featuring a barbecue, beverages, refreshments, DJ entertainment, and an awards ceremony held on the Amber Room grounds. Fundraisers who raise $250 or more receive a Mission Medal. All race proceeds support Ann's Place cancer services offered free to community members in need.
