Aquaman 2026

The race.

The Aquaman is a 3.5-mile race held on July 31, 2026, at Howard Amon Park in Richland, WA, organized by 3 Rivers RoadRunners. The event begins at 6:00 PM with a half-mile swim in the Columbia River followed by a 3-mile run on park footpaths heading south, with the finish back in the park. Online registration is required by July 20 for the $25 base fee; late registration ($40) closes July 27 or when the 300-participant limit is reached. All participants must have a USA Triathlon license. Finishers receive a medal, and awards go to the top three overall men and women plus top three in age groups ranging from 13–19 through 76–80. Packet pickup is available the day before from 4:30–6:30 PM at Atomic Ale Brewpub or on race morning starting at 4:00 PM; a mandatory pre-race meeting occurs at 5:30 PM.
