ARR Thanksgiving Day Classic 2026

The race.

The ARR Thanksgiving Day Classic takes place on November 26, 2026, in Peoria, Arizona, featuring three race distances: a 10-mile race starting at 7:30 a.m., a 5K starting at 8:15 a.m., and a 1-mile fun run starting at 8:30 a.m. All races start and finish at Peoria Sports Complex. Finishers in each event receive a custom medal, and long-sleeve technical shirts are included for adults in the 5K and 10-mile races and all 1-mile fun run participants. Age group awards (pies for top three finishers) are offered for the 5K and 10-mile races across multiple age divisions. A portion of proceeds benefits the Peoria Diamond Club and local charities including Special Olympics Arizona. Race registration closes online by 6:59 a.m. on race day; packet pickup is available November 21 at Runner's Den in Phoenix and November 25–26 at Peoria Sports Complex.
